OUR INDEPENDENCE =
YOUR FREEDOM
We’re what’s called an “independent” financial advisory firm. Which means we’re not affiliated with any broker-dealer and don’t sell any “in-house” products to clients. We act as your fiduciary advisor, recommending investments from a broad spectrum of investment choices. As a fiduciary, we are duty bound to select the investments that we believe to be in your best interests.

A FRIENDLIER, VALUE-FOCUSED FEE STRUCTURE.
Trusted Transparency is one of our Gates Pass Core Values. It’s very important to us that our clients have a clear understanding of where their money goes, how we get paid, and how it all works.
Unlike most of the big financial houses, we use what’s called a hybrid fee structure, made up of a smaller than average “assets under management” (AUM) fee, and a separate, flat fee directly tied to the personal, ongoing, hands-on financial planning and advising work we do with you.
